Our customer,  a german multinational company leader in the distribution of products and services for industrial manufacturing companies, has charged us to recruit for the Italian Business Unit the:


Mission and main responsibility of the Sales Diector is to increase the performance of the sales organizations ensuring growth, efficiency and customer satisfaction goals.

The candidate we are looking for will have the responsibilities to:

  • Identify opportunities and drive initiatives that contribute to business growth.
  • Develop and manage a motivated sales force, setting clear sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction
  • Analyze data and identify trends opportunities and areas of improvement
  • Manage multiple tasks, projects and priorities
  • Establish a strong network with Head Quarter and with the other countries

The position reports to the Managing Director.

Job requirements:

  • Business Degree or equivalent
  • Fluent knowledge of english language
  • Strong professional background in BtoB sales activities matured in multinational companies
  • P&L awareness
  • Available to travel in Italy to visit customers and support the sales team

Soft skills of the candidate:

Excellent communication, customer centric attitude, team player, organized and structured, strong managerial standing, digital mind-set
