Our customer, global player in the production and distribution of raw materials, has charged us to recruit for the CEO in Italy.
Responsibilities and activities:

Profit & Loss Responsibility.
-
Sales & Marketing – drive the sales and marketing strategy to increase revenues and market-share developing new end-customer relationships.

Production – responsible for H&S, oversees and directs manufacturing methods, processes and operations.
-
Complied with Finance Statement, Tax, Legal & Labor local legislation.
-
Managing the budgetary process.
-
Leads and develop the local Leadership Team through mentoring and coaching in complex subjects.
-
Contributes in international projects in which he/she might be involved.
-
Assure that all internal controls are in line with best practices on Corporate Governance & Compliance.
Job requirements:
-
Over 5 years career as CEO or Sales Director in manufacturing environments.
-
Bachelor preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration.

Strong Sales Strategy Mindset.

Strategic and analytical thinking.

A positive and dynamic leadership.

High level of autonomy to make decisions and drive the business.

Ability to shape the environment acting as a Change Management.

Ability to lead as a coach, influence and communicate with different players and at different levels.
