Our customer, global player in the production and distribution of raw materials, has charged us to recruit for the CEO in Italy.
 Responsibilities and activities:
  • Profit & Loss Responsibility.
  • Sales & Marketing – drive the sales and marketing strategy to increase revenues and market-share developing new end-customer relationships.
  • Production – responsible for H&S, oversees and directs manufacturing methods, processes and operations.
  • Complied with Finance Statement, Tax, Legal & Labor local legislation.
  • Managing the budgetary process.
  • Leads and develop the local Leadership Team through mentoring and coaching in complex subjects.
  • Contributes in international projects in which he/she might be involved.
  • Assure that all internal controls are in line with best practices on Corporate Governance & Compliance.
 Job requirements:
  • Over 5 years career as CEO or Sales Director in manufacturing environments.
  • Bachelor preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Strong Sales Strategy Mindset.
Soft skills of the candidate:
  •  Strategic and analytical thinking.
  • A positive and dynamic leadership.
  • High level of autonomy to make decisions and drive the business.
  • Ability to shape the environment acting as a Change Management.
  • Ability to lead as a coach, influence and communicate with different players and at different levels.
  • Full proficiency in English language.
